PROGRAMS

At Gym's House, we invest in the future by giving youth an opportunity to earn a gym membership with community service work.

When youth agree to volunteer for community-based projects, they are able to use the gym to workout with a Student Membership. We participate in Littleton Rotary events to increase engagement and build a sense of belonging.

Performance Training for Athletes

We also offer specialized personal training for youth. Using a scientific approach, our athlete training elevates athletic performance to a high level.

We center our performance training for athletes on an approach that enhances mind-body connection. This approach allows the student athlete to enhance mental focus and physical performance to play better and play harder with a high level of mental toughness and resilience.

Confidence and Strength (C/S) Training for Teens

Our Confidence and Strength Training for Teens helps young people learn to find their strength. Every teen faces challenges and some of those challenges may not be obvious. When teens have confidence in their abilities and patience with the process, they learn to build resilience. Physical training also trains the mind, and this experience helps young people learn to embrace the process! This carries over to other aspects of life, increasing confidence, self-esteem, and resilience.
